An intimate group of women get to experience the ultimate self-care retreat.

Sleep in every morning or wake at sunrise and spend time in quiet reflection. You get to choose what YOU really need to feel rested.

Each day, we will come together for daily workshops, including journaling, art exploration, breath work, and more, to help you rest and reset in the present and explore how you want to bring tools for better well-being and self-care home with you into your day to day. We’ll end each day together with a gentle evening. In between, we’ll enjoy meals together (if you are craving more alone time, this is optional).
